On 15 February 2025, Dr. Krisztina Lakos, ambassador of Hungary was honored to participate in the gastronomic tour in Agros and Omodos, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development, and Environment and the Deputy Ministry of Tourism.
This initiative highlighted the importance of Cyprus' PDO and PGI products, not only as a key part of the island’s cultural heritage but also as an economic and tourism advantage. The event provided an unique opportunity to explore Cyprus’ rich culinary traditions and strengthen diplomatic and economic ties.
